SPDRs are shares invested in a portfolio of stocks that are included in the Standard & Poor's 500 Index ("S&P 500 Index"). They give you ownership in the SPDR Trust, a unit investment trust designed to provide investment results that generally correspond to price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P 500 Index.

iShares S&P 500 Index

iShares S&P 500 Index Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P 500 Index. This index measures the performance of the large capitalization of the U.S. equity market, representing approximately 77% publicly traded U.S. equity securities.

iShares Dow Jones U.S. Technology Sector Index Fund

iShares Dow Jones U.S. Technology Sector Index Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Dow Jones U.S. Technology Sector Index. This index measures the performance of the technology sector of the U.S. equity market and consists of 201 stocks (as of December 2007). Component companies include those involved in the development and production of technology products, including computer hardware and software, telecommunication equipment, microcomputer components, integrated computer circuits and office equipment utilizing technology.

iShares MSCI Singapore (Free) Index Fund

iShares MSCI Singapore (Free) Index Fund seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of publicly traded securities in the aggregate Singapore market, as measured by the MSCI Singapore (Free) Index. This index consists of 38 stocks (as of December 2007), accounting for approximately 57% of the market capitalization of all publicly traded stocks in Singapore.
