Can I log in to DBS Vickers App using digibank User ID and PIN? (applicable to SG individual accounts only)
Yes, you may log in to DBS Vickers App using your bank User ID and PIN. Simply select “Log in with digibank User ID” when you open the DBS Vickers App.
What if I have forgotten my digibank User ID and PIN?

If you have forgotten your digibank User ID/PIN, you can obtain your User ID and reset your PIN online by clicking Log in with digibank User ID >  Forgot User ID or PIN on the Login page to retrieve/reset your User ID or PIN respectively.

A registered DBS iB Secure Device or One Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile phone is required to complete the transaction online. You can use the new iBanking User ID/PIN immediately to log in to iBanking and digibank app.

Free real-time quotes are available on equities listed on the US/Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore markets. The Dow Jones index is delayed by at least 15 minutes. Quotes for UK market are delayed by 15 minutes; Australia and Japan markets are delayed by 20 minutes.

You will need to have an online trading account with DBS Vickers.

No, you can only log into either account at any one time.
Is there a difference in the brokerage commissions when I trade using DBS Vickers App and the online trading platform?
No. DBS Vickers standard online brokerage commissions for cash trades apply to both channels. Cash Upfront trades are available for placement via DBS digibank and DBS Vickers App.
Can I access DBS Vickers App if I am travelling overseas?
Yes. You can access DBS Vickers App anywhere as long as you have a wireless Internet or data connection on your mobile device. Please note that overseas data roaming and access charges may apply.
