DBS Vickers Online Electronic Statement Service

This E-statement service agreement ("E-statement Service Agreement") incorporates all terms and conditions set out in DBS Vickers Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd's ("DBS Vickers") Account Application Form and General Trading Agreement (as may be amended from time to time) ("GTA"), and the following additional terms and conditions (as may be amended or supplemented from time to time).

All the terms used in this E-statement Service Agreement, unless stated otherwise, shall have the same meaning as defined in the GTA.

You, i.e. DBS Vickers, will from time to time determine or specify the scope and features of DBS Vickers online electronic statement services ("Electronic Statement Services") and are entitled to modify, expand or reduce the same at any time with or without notice to me. In particular, you will from time to time determine, add to or delete from the Electronic Statement Services that will be covered under this e-statement service agreement at a particular time and how such Electronic Statement Services will be provided.

If you give notice of any changes to this Electronic Statement Services, such notice may be made in such manner and by any such means of communication as you shall deem fit.

Upon my enrolment to the Electronic Statement Services, I agree to receive an electronic form of my statement(s) from my next statement date and I agree to accept and view the electronic form of my statements in a timely manner. You will inform me, from time to time of the website address where I may view and retrieve the electronic form of my statements.

I acknowledge that by using the Electronic Statement Services, I agree to be bound by the E-statement Service Agreement governing the Electronic Statement Services. I shall abide by any and all laws, rules, regulations and official issuances applicable to the Electronic Statement Services, now existing or which may hereinafter be enacted, issued or enforced under any jurisdiction, as well as such other terms and conditions governing the use of other facilities, benefits or services you may from time to time make available to me in connection with the Electronic Statement Services.

I agree that the availability of the electronic form of my statement(s) on a statement date (as determined by you) shall be deemed the date of delivery of such electronic statement(s) to me.

I agree that you reserve the right to impose such fees for the provision of the Electronic Statements Services from time to time at your absolute discretion without my prior consent.

I shall keep my login and trading password details secure and confidential at all times and undertake to take all reasonable precautions to prevent (i) any unauthorized or fraudulent use thereof and/or (ii) any unauthorized or fraudulent access to my DBS Vickers online account.

I undertake that I shall never respond to a request purportedly from you via the email alert or notification to disclose my account number, details, password, security details and/or my personal information, as I am aware you will never make a request from your customers for the above information through such means.

I shall inform you as soon as possible if any email, e-statement and/or website hyperlink appears to be irregular.

I undertake that in the event I click on any website hyperlink(s) that appears on an e-statement from you, if requested to do so, I shall not provide my account or personal information. Instead, I shall inform you immediately of this hyperlink.

I agree to indemnify and hold you harmless against: (a) any loss, damages or expenses that you may incur, including, without limitation, any loss or damage caused to your data, software, computer, telecommunications equipment or other equipment in connection with my use of the Electronic Statement Services.

I acknowledge that you shall not be liable for any disclosure of confidential information not herein authorized resulting from my non-compliance with the terms and conditions of this E-statement Service Agreement or such other security guidelines or recommendation that you may issue from time to time.

I acknowledge and agree that third parties supporting the Electronic Statement Services are not your agents or contractors nor do they represent you. There is no co-operation, partnership, joint venture or other relationship between DBS Vickers and such third parties. I agree that you shall not be responsible for any loss caused by such third parties including any loss caused by such third party vendors, internet service providers and/or system operators.

I hereby undertake to ratify and confirm all things and matters done by you, your nominees, their respective officers and employees pursuant to or in connection with the provision of the Electronic Statement Services to me and agree to indemnify you, your nominees, their respective officers and employees against all or any losses, liabilities, charges, expenses and penalties of any kind which may be incurred or suffered by you or any of them in connection with or as a result of the provision of the Electronic Statement Services to me.

I agree that you shall have the absolute discretion to make the Electronic Statement Services available to me. Further you shall have the discretion from time to time to modify, restrict, withdraw, cancel, suspend or discontinue the Electronic Statement Services without giving any reason whatsoever and I understand that by using the Electronic Statement Service after any modification or change has been effected, I shall be deemed to have agreed to such modification or changes. This E-statement Service Agreement shall remain in force until it is terminated by my giving DBS Vickers ten (10) business days prior written notice.

I warrant that I am the lawful and beneficial owner of the email address that I have provided to you for the purposes of my receiving statement(s) from you in electronic format in accordance with the Electronic Statement Services. I undertake to immediately advise you of any changes to my email address. I acknowledge that your provision of the Electronic Statement Services to me shall at all times be subject to my obligation to keep you informed of my most up-to-date mailing address and telephone number at which I can be contacted.

This E-statement Service Agreement shall be governed by Singapore law. In the event of any dispute, I irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
