There are a few ways you can access our trading platform:
Access using your trading account number (User ID) and password via www.dbsvickers.com or our mTrading app.
Access using your DBS digibank User ID and PIN via digibank online (DBS iBanking) or our mTrading app. This option is only applicable to Singapore individual trading accounts.
If you are using trading account number User ID (log in via www.dbsvickers.com and mTrading app only)
If you've forgotten or misplaced your User ID and/or Password, please contact our Customer Service Line at (65) 6327 2288 for assistance.
If you are using digibank User ID (log in via DBS digibank online and mTrading app only)
If you have forgotten your digibank User ID/PIN, you can obtain your User ID and reset your PIN online by clicking on "Forgot User ID or PIN" on the Login page at www.dbs.com.sg and digibank mobile app login page to retrieve/reset your User ID or PIN respectively.
This option is only applicable to Singapore individual trading accounts.
Your trading account User ID is system generated and no change can be allowed.

Online access to your trading account will be blocked after 5 unsuccessful login attempts.
If you are using trading account number User ID (log in via www.dbsvickers.com and mTrading app only)
Please contact our Customer Service Line at (65) 6327 2288 to perform a password reset. The new password will be mailed to you.
If you are using digibank User ID (log in via DBS digibank online and mTrading app only)
You may reset digibank User ID and reset your PIN online by clicking on "Forgot User ID or PIN" on the Login page at www.dbs.com.sg and digibank mobile app login page.
This option is only applicable to Singapore individual trading accounts.
