eStatement FAQ

What are the types of statements I will receive?

Singapore account holders with Singapore shares held in CDP, you may log in to CDP internet to view and download your account statements online. For more information, you may check out here.

DBS Vickers will provide you a monthly and daily statement on all Singapore and foreign transactions.

How do I opt in for eStatement?

From November 2025, eStatement will be available to all online clients. Please ensure your email address is updated to receive Statement notifications.

To access your eStatements:

1) Log in to the DBS Vickers Online Trading Platform.

2) Navigate to the "My Account" tab.

3) Select the "eStatements"

What is eStatement and what are its advantages?
eStatement is an electronic version of your daily and monthly statement. eStatement provides you the convenience to view and access your statements securely online anytime. You can also choose to print or save your eStatement for your own archival and reference.
Do I need a password to view my eStatement?
You will need to log in to your DBS Vickers online trading account to view your eStatement.
Will I still have eStatements if I sign up for Hardcopy Statement?

Yes. From November 2025, eStatements will be available to all online clients. If you are on Hardcopy Statement, you will continue to receive physical statements in parallel with the availability of eStatements.

Do I need to pay for the eStatement service?
The service is free of charge.
How do I change / update my email address for receiving notification of eStatement?
To change / update your eStatement email address, log in to your DBS Vickers online trading account and go to My Profile > Update Personal Details.
When can I start viewing my eStatement?
You can view the daily eStatement on the next trading day and monthly eStatement for the current month after the 7th of the following month, if there is any transaction.
How long will my eStatements be available for viewing?
Your Statements will be available for up to 3 months and 6 months for the daily and monthly statement respectively.
How do I opt out for paper-based statements?

To opt-out of physical statement, you can do so via "My Profile" > "Manage Statement"

Can I print or save my eStatement?
You can print or save your eStatement for your own archival and reference. Select the respective icons in the tool bar from the top of the page to print or save your eStatement.
What if I am unable to access my eStatements online?
All eStatements are in Portable Document Format ("PDF"). You need to install Adobe Reader in your computer to view the eStatements.
How can I retrieve my past eStatements?

You may write to us at [email protected] to request for the period.

There will be a retrieval fee of SGD10.90 (inclusive of GST) per statement.

e.g. If you request for Monthly statements for January 2020 to March 2020, the total charges will be 3 statements x $10.90 = $32.70
