    Update of Personal Details FAQ

    How do I update my personal information with DBS Vickers?
    You may log in to your DBS Vickers online trading account and proceed to My Profile > Update Personal Details.
    What kind of personal details can I update online?
    You may update your contact number, email address, employment details and residential address online. PO Box and/or C/O addresses cannot be used for residential address.
    How do I update my mailing address (applicable to accounts linked to CDP)?

    You can update your mailing address from CDP Internet with Myinfo or Singpass Transaction Signing, under Profile >> Contact Details. For more details, refer to Manage My Account on the SGX Website.

    Alternatively, you can also download and complete the SGX Update Account Particulars Form

    Upon completion of the form, you may do any of the following:

    1. Email the completed form to asksgx@sgx.com. Please state "Update Account Particulars Form" in the email subject title or
    2. Mail the completed form to CDP or
    3. Mail the completed form to DBS Vickers via our Business Reply Envelope. Upon receipt of your completed form, we will forward it to CDP for processing.

    You will receive a CDP notification once your request is processed.

    Note: Once your mailing address is updated with CDP, your mailing address with DBS Vickers will be synchronised thereafter.

    How do I update my mailing address (applicable to accounts not linked to CDP)?
    You may download and complete this form and mail in using our Business Reply Envelope. Upon receipt of your completed form, we will update your address in DBS Vickers records.
