You may download and complete the SGX Update Account Particulars Form

Upon completion of the form, you may do any of the following:

1. Email the completed form to [email protected]. Please state “Update Account Particulars Form” in the email subject title or
2. Mail the completed form to CDP or
3. Mail the completed form to DBS Vickers via our Business Reply Envelope. Upon receipt of your completed form, we will forward it to CDP for processing.

You will receive a CDP notification once your request is processed.

Note: Once your mailing address is updated with CDP, your mailing address with DBS Vickers will be synchronised thereafter.
